URGENT!

Tawn is in the hospital dying. We don't know how long she can hold on, as she is in desperate need of a
liver. We fear that her kidney and heart are also now having troubles due to her liver failing from Hepatitis C. Major complications are occurring and if she waits too long, she will be too ill to operate on. She has been going from nursing home to emergency hospital every few days now.

Tawn can receive a portion of someones liver from a living donor. Both donor and Tawn's new 2-1/2 inch
liver, (if it were to be received by living donor), will both grow back to normal healthy sizes in a matter of weeks.

If anyone out there would like to become a living hero, this would truly be a huge way of doing it. I
myself would give her a portion of my own liver, but I'm too small in body size. It would take a man or
woman with the same blood type as Tawn's, O-negative, and also similar body size and weight. Tawn weighs
about 119 pounds.

Tawn would have a second chance of life and both donor and Tawn would live a healthy normal life again. if
Tawn receives a complete full liver from a deceased person, Tawn's recovery time would be much quicker and
therefore, less complications for her. Either way, we pray she receives a liver soon.

To apply for a screening to be a living organ donor, in order to Save Tawn's life, please contact:

(Serious applicants only)

Tawn has no other options as she has been left with no income and no assets, having to quit work months ago
due to her being too ill to even speak. Minnesota Government Medical Assistance health insurance is covering her bare essential medical costs. Thank Goodness for that, but there are limits as to what we can and cannot do for her. Donations to Tawn Mastrey Supplementary Needs Trust, will help with those extra costs, and will also enable Tawn to survive the day to
day expenses for the before and post operative care, by receiving the best comfort and care possible.
Please help. Thank you for your kind donations.

Wonderful News! Tawn is on the List!!

Tawn Mastrey, Radio Veteran Rock D.J. is OFFICIALLY on
the List at the Organ Transplant Center, University of
Minnesota Fairview Hospital, for line for the next
liver that comes in and matches her blood type O
negative and size of weight.

The surgeons surrounded Tawn's hospital bedside today
announcing the good new that Tawn is officially on the
list for a liver transplant. Tawn has been suffering
from a failing liver due to Hepatitis C. After
hearing the news, Tawn sat in her bed for an hour
afterwards in silent shock, and realization she now
has new future
possibilities. It has been a nightmare for Tawn and
our entire family, and close friends, this entire past
year.

Tawn has been extremely ill and in and out of the
hospital with at least 5 close to fatal experiences.
She is in desperate need of a liver now and is at the
top of the list in Minnesota. She will remain in the
hospital until she receives the liver. It could be
within days, or up to 2 to 3 weeks. !! She loves the
U of M hospital,... They're taking extremely good
care of her.

We're not out of the woods yet while we continue the
groove planning the concerts, in order to raise money
for Tawn's care now, and after care, which she will
very much need
until she can get back to work on the air again.
Tawn's recovery will take anywhere from 6 months to a
year until she can get back to work.

Tawn said, "You're not going to be able to keep up
with me, once I get well again". She Now Truly, has
the feeling of hope that she may have a second chance
to life. I haven't seen Tawn this happy in years and
she misses all her friends and listener fans.

Please, pass the word. www.tawnmastreybenefit.com

*It would be very helpful in the mean time, if you all

Getting On The List

Tawn is days away from getting on 'The List', at the
at the Organ Transplant Center, University of
MInnesota, for a liver transplant. From there-- We
will begin the waiting game. It's up to God, and the
Doctors at that point.

It has been a difficult year for Tawn. She has been
in and out of the hospital, and survived 2 eicola
infections and has almost died both times. Her body
is very weak, but strong at heart. She needs this
liver operation soon in order to survive.

Tawn's family, friends and musicians, are NOW
collecting and receiving items for a major silent
auction on E-Bay. There will be some amazing signed
autographed items donated for the auction. If you
feel you have anything you would like to donate,
please contact me via myspace/ and or send items to:
(see address listed, in DONATE HERE, section in Tawn's
website)

We are raising money for Tawn to ensure the best
comfort and care possible and for extra expenses, that
the Government Medical Assistance may not cover .

Benefit Concerts are in the works...We will be
announcing soon.

Thank you for you prayers, love and generous
donations.

Peace
Cara Mastrey
